Shipping policy

We will deliver items in stock within 1 to 2 working days of the order being received, however we will not be held responsible for deliveries that arrive late which is the fault of the delivery company.

We strongly advise you not to organise any workforce that are going to be using the delivered items until the delivery has arrived.

We will not be held financially responsible for any monies lost because of late deliveries. Please be aware that most of the items we supply are heavy, so please have a suitable place to off load the delivery, ideally as near to the area that the delivery wagon will be parked as strategically possible.

Please note the delivery person will not carry any individual items to any holding place, they will offload with a pallet moving device as close to their vehicle as possible. Please be aware that most vehicles are very large, please take this into consideration when organising the delivery.

Faulty and Missing Goods

All items must be checked and signed for upon delivery, if any items are damaged or missing then please inform the driver and then inform us as soon as possible. ideally take a photo of any damaged items when the driver is still present.
